Inspections
Our quality assurance process begins with a mandatory first-piece inspection at the start of each production operation. Parts are sampled and evaluated against engineeering drawings, specifications, and applicable quality standards using precision inspection tools, gauges, and measurement instruments.
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology in utilized for both in-process and final inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and ensure conformance to requirements. Inspections are performed on a sampling basis or through 100% inspection, as required by customer specifications and quality requirements.
