Short Nose Adjustable Winch Stand. Adjusts from 20 1/2" to 25 1/2" (from the base to top of roller) Overall length 16" Includes a 1400lb Dutton Lainson Winch and Handle 2"x20' Winch Strap with high Capacity Hook. The 12" Base has Locator holes to make assembly easier, and a welded safety eyelet. Can be used with a 3x3  trailer tongue. Includes ubolts and nuts and washers for mounting. Galvanized finish.
